Purpose

  1. Identify challenges and opportunities in building an effective, equitable and inclusive legal framework to accelerate sustainable economic development at the national and global levels.
  2. Compare the dynamics of implementing the principles of good governance and the rule of law in supporting economic development in democratic and non-democratic countries.
  3. Encourage international academic dialog to share experiences, strategies, and legal innovations that have proven effective in promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
  4. Formulate research-based policy recommendations to strengthen the role of law in addressing social inequality, economic crises, and global geopolitical challenges.
  5. Building an international collaboration network between academics, legal practitioners, economists, policy makers, and international organizations, in order to accelerate the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through synergies between the legal and economic sectors.
